‍This may be a good fit if you:

☑ Are 18 years of age or older

☑ Have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease

☑ Have been diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure)

☑ Are not currently receiving dialysis

☑ Are able to commute to Sarnia, ON for study appointments
